Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of WaveAssist, operated by WaveAssist Technologies Pvt Ltd. By connecting to the service or adding runtime credits, you agree to them.
The service
WaveAssist is a runtime that runs agents you author, over MCP, on a schedule. We provide the execution environment, scheduling, and state; you provide the agent.
Accounts
Your UID is your credential. Keep it secret, and you are responsible for activity under it. Notify us promptly if it is compromised.
Runtime credits & billing
New accounts include $2 of runtime credit. Beyond that, credits are prepaid and consumed as your agents run, at the stated per-run cost. Credits are not a deposit and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to abuse or overload the infrastructure, to infringe others' rights, or to reverse engineer the platform. We may suspend agents that threaten the service or violate these terms.
Your agents and content
You own your code, inputs, and outputs. You grant us the limited license needed to host and run your agents and to store their state. You are responsible for what your agents do and for the data they process.
Our intellectual property
The WaveAssist platform, runtime, libraries, and brand are ours. These terms grant you the right to use the service, not ownership of it.
Third-party models and services
Your agents may call third-party models and APIs. Those are governed by their own terms, and their availability and output are outside our control.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. Model output is probabilistic and is not guaranteed to be correct; verify anything you depend on. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the runtime credits you paid in the three months before a claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
