Privacy Policy
This policy explains what WaveAssist Technologies Pvt Ltd collects, why, and what you control. WaveAssist is a developer platform that runs agents you author. We keep data collection to what the service needs.
Information we collect
Account data: the email you sign up with and your account identifier (UID). Billing records when you add runtime credits.
Usage data: run metadata such as timestamps, durations, status, and cost, plus operational logs needed to run and debug your agents.
Agent data: the inputs, outputs, and state your agents read and write through the runtime. You decide what your agents process and store.
How we use it
To operate the runtime: authenticate you, execute your agents on schedule, meter credits, and provide support.
To understand and improve the site and product, we use analytics and session replay, which records page interactions (passwords are always masked). This is behavioral, used in aggregate.
To keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your agent content to train models.
Data your agents store
Values written with store_data are held so your agents can resume between runs. This content is yours; you control what is written and can delete it by removing the agent or the stored keys.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of providers to deliver the service: cloud hosting for the runtime, a model routing provider to reach the LLMs your agents call, a payment processor for credits, and analytics and session-replay providers. Each processes data only to perform its function.
Retention
We keep account and run data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Security
Access is authenticated by your UID, which is a secret credential. We use encryption in transit and standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your UID private and rotate it if exposed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us and we will act on verified requests within a reasonable period.
